If you have a Z 750 B, type A2 ( 1978-1979 ) or the Z 750 LTD ( -1983 ) it should be possible
to replace the battery with an eliminator.
If you have the 1976-1977 it´s not an option.
Please be aware that you can not use the electric starter if you remove the battery.
